Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to elicit, identify, and define functional and non-functional product requirements.
  • •Author high-quality product specifications and translate business/customer needs into actionable engineering requirements.
  • •Partner with UX, Engineering, and Documentation to drive product priorities and deliver enterprise-grade functionality.
  • •Serve as subject matter expert externally and internally across Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Support.
  • •Own and manage the product backlog; develop enablement materials and run competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of industry experience in an independent software vendor (ISV) environment focused on enterprise applications.
  • •1–3+ years of direct Product Management experience at an ISV, managing the full product lifecycle for enterprise-grade solutions.
  • •Ability to gather, prioritize, and translate complex business needs into detailed requirements and functional specifications.
  • •Strong technical foundation to develop deep product knowledge and articulate business value to field teams, customers, and executives.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
