Job Summary

Manage medium- and high-complexity external procurements for the Enterprise Services Procurement team, supporting computer software, computer hardware, and business services needs. Lead supplier negotiations across price, schedule, and terms, ensure FAR/DFARS and export/import compliance, evaluate suppliers, and perform cost/price/best-value analysis. Oversee post-award performance and collaborate with EXIM, Legal, and senior leadership to meet program milestones while balancing strategic planning with daily execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead supplier negotiations on price, schedule, and terms and conditions.
•Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, RTX terms, and export/import regulations.
•Review statements of work (SOWs) and develop PIAs/NDAs.
•Manage proposal and quotation activities, documentation, and compliance packages.
•Oversee post-award supplier performance and drive supplier engagement to meet program milestones.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree typically required, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
•At least 3 years of DoD procurement/subcontract compliance knowledge, including FAR/DFAR and ITAR, with experience negotiating terms and conditions.
•At least 3 years of SAP procurement tool experience, including SAP PRISM and APEX.
•At least 3 years handling purchase order management and documentation, plus contract negotiation experience with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
•Experience performing supplier negotiations and conducting price analyses, source selection/justification.
