Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of customer implementation engagements by turning outcomes into realistic plans, driving execution, and keeping scope, milestones, dependencies, and budget aligned. Lead agile, customer-facing Professional Services delivery across Camunda, customer, and partner teams, while communicating evidence-based status, managing change and trade-offs, and proactively surfacing and mitigating delivery risks to protect timeline, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of customer implementation engagements by translating outcomes into delivery plans and driving execution against them.
•Keep Camunda, customer, and partner teams aligned on goals, outcomes, ways of working, and budget with shared accountability.
•Drive scope decomposition, estimation, and change control; make trade-offs explicit (scope/time/quality) and protect delivery commitments.
•Own stakeholder communication with clear, evidence-based status updates and drive timely decisions with customers and internal leadership.
•Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks (e.g., environments, integrations, NFRs, readiness) and remove blockers with technical credibility.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience as a (Technical) Delivery Lead or Project Management role in the enterprise software or SaaS industry.
•Proven track record leading (agile) customer-facing Professional Services implementation engagements with predictable on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
•Advanced communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, with empathy in customer interactions.
•Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving to drive trade-offs and protect delivery commitments.
•Ability and/or willingness to use the Camunda product.
