Own and evolve the end-to-end order-to-cash data pipeline, from usage metering and invoice generation through revenue recognition, GL, and financial reporting. Build autonomous workflow agents to automate reconciliation, anomaly detection, and revenue operations using modern data platforms and AI.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and enhance billing infrastructure, including pricing models, usage ingestion, invoicing, and revenue workflows.
•Build and maintain an end-to-end OTC data pipeline from usage through reporting, ensuring transaction-level reconciliation.
•Integrate billing with ERP, payments, and cloud marketplaces to create an automated invoice-to-ledger pipeline.
•Implement deferred revenue and prepaid amortization across billing models and add SOX-ready data quality and auditability controls.
•Build and deploy autonomous agents to automate OTC operations such as anomaly detection, reconciliation, revenue recognition, collections, contract interpretation, and forecasting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in billing engineering, revenue systems, or order-to-cash at a SaaS or usage-based platform company.
•Strong SQL and BigQuery proficiency, including schema design and building dbt models for production pipelines.
•Experience with billing systems and ERP (e.g., QuickBooks or NetSuite), mapping billing events to GL journal entries and supporting month-end close.
•Experience with payment platforms, including payment processing, dunning, refunds, and cash application.
•Proficiency in Python or Node.js for integrations, data transforms, and automation; experience building LLM-powered automation workflows is preferred.
