Area Manager

Lead multi-store operations for an Eastern Iowa area, overseeing sales execution, profitability, inventory, and expense management. Serve as the liaison between store teams and corporate headquarters, driving culture, safety, and operational excellence while executing growth strategies. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store managers, conduct regular store visits, manage P&L reviews and budgets, and resolve escalated customer concerns. Proactively identify improvements and revenue opportunities across locations.
