Job Summary

Lead asset management for a diversified real estate portfolio, driving performance, value creation, risk management, and leasing summary accuracy. Monitor industry and macro trends to inform strategy, manage cash flow, budgets, and return targets, and oversee commercial document reviews. Partner across investment, finance, legal, and ESG teams to deliver investor reporting and support fundraising. Contribute to ESG execution (including GRESB) and support asset disposal and divestment processes.

•Oversee leasing summaries to ensure accuracy and integrity of leasing summaries, financial data, and asset-level reporting.
•Provide market insights by monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and macroeconomic developments to inform strategic decisions.
•Manage cash flow, budgets, and financial performance across portfolio assets to meet approved business plans and return targets.
•Support ESG initiatives and investor reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual), and assist with fundraising and investor communications as required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline from a reputable university (postgraduate a plus).
•5+ years of relevant experience in asset management, real estate investment, or related roles, with a proven track record managing real estate assets.
•Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive asset performance and execute value enhancement strategies.
•Solid understanding of leasing, financial analysis, budgeting, and capital expenditure management within real estate portfolios.
•Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
