Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise the smooth running of TG Accommodations’ portfolio, including daily accommodation operations and property safety, hygiene, welfare, and security.
  • •Plan mobilization/demobilization and manage special events according to budget, including out-of-hours requirements.
  • •Ensure resident safety, welfare, and wellbeing while actively communicating to identify areas for improvement.
  • •Oversee accommodation supporting projects and events from start to completion, ensuring issues are addressed until resolved.

Key Requirements

  • •Up to 10 years of industry experience or experience managing a large group of employees.

  • •Experience providing training on accommodation policies and processes.
  • •Ability to supervise and ensure safety, welfare, and security of accommodation properties.
  • •Experience overseeing projects/events from start to completion.
