Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead recruiting and market intelligence teams for proactive talent mapping, competitive analysis, and sourcing strategy.
  • •Define market mapping frameworks and act as sourcing subject matter expert, coaching and enabling recruiting team capability.
  • •Create infrastructure and operating rhythm for long-term candidate nurture and warm pipelines.
  • •Own end-to-end campus recruiting strategy, including target schools, events, offer positioning, and conversion.
  • •Own the summer internship program end-to-end and partner on return offer processes, post-offer engagement, and start-date conversion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 212,000 - 265,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of recruiting experience, including meaningful leadership in campus, sourcing, or talent pipeline functions at a high-growth company.
  • •Experience hiring across both technical (engineering, data, product) and business (sales, operations, G&A) functions.
  • •A track record of building teams and programs from scratch.
  • •Strong analytical orientation—using data to set strategy and measure outcomes.
  • •Experience partnering with HR/People Programs or Recruiting Operations to bring structure and scalability to programs.
