Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end FP&A (plan to actual reporting) for global business units and categories.
  • •Serve as primary business partner to business unit leads and collaborate with Finance to drive proactive forward-looking planning processes.
  • •Evaluate and challenge category financials and establish revenue and cost metrics and benchmarks for performance management.
  • •Enforce consistent reporting policies and practices globally, advising local organizations, and continuously improve system/data transparency.
  • •Drive key financial processes (actual performance reviews, planning and forecasting) and manage professional development of direct reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Educational background in business studies; MBA is a plus.
  • •6-8 years of related professional experience in a similar industry (sport & fashion is a plus).
  • •Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership.
  • •End-to-end thinking to convert operational, tactical, and strategic discussions into actionable transparency.
  • •Proficiency working with reporting systems (SAP is a plus).
