Job Summary

Build and operate the infrastructure that powers Arena’s real-world AI evaluation systems, including AI gateways, automated arena runtimes, and serving layers. You’ll design low-latency, high-reliability APIs, ship enterprise-grade capabilities like rate limiting, authentication, metering, audit logging, and SOC 2 readiness, and implement deep observability with distributed tracing and dashboards. Work closely with researchers and engineers to scale dependable evaluation at high load.

•Build and orchestrate API-based products, implementing low-latency, high-reliability APIs for leaderboards, models, and arenas.
•Ship enterprise-grade infrastructure including rate limiting, authentication, usage metering, cost attribution, audit logging, and SOC 2 compliance.
•Build deep observability using distributed tracing, latency breakdowns, token-level usage tracking, and real-time dashboards.
•Integrate with the core evaluation platform, Arena data, and customer-specific benchmarks, collaborating with the research team to turn ideas into products.
