Key Responsibilities

•Assist with quantitative analyses (e.g., NPV/ROI modeling, build-vs-buy, make-vs-outsource, risk/benefit, cost optimization) that inform CMC and Supply Chain leadership decisions.
•Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, or analytical processes and propose lightweight solutions.
•Gather, validate, and consolidate technical, financial, and market inputs; conduct secondary research and summarize implications.
•Support operational planning rhythms (e.g., S&OP reviews, launch readiness, risk updates), track cross-functional deliverables and surface bottlenecks early.
•Maintain CMC/Supply Chain KPIs, dashboards, risk registers, continuity playbooks, and produce leadership-ready slides, pre-reads, meeting notes, and action trackers.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business or scientific field (e.g., economics, business administration, chemistry, chemical engineering, bioengineering, biology) plus 0–2 years full-time experience, with meaningful wet lab experience.
•Strong analytical and reasoning skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear analytical steps.
•Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; produces clear, concise, visually compelling materials.
•Comfort with PowerPoint and Excel for basic financial modeling and sensitivities; familiarity with BI/data-visualization tools; Python/R/SQL is a plus.
•Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and fluency in English.
