Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full innovation program lifecycle for DFX technologies, from concept and architectural specification through validation, field deployment, and productization.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional partners to define architecture, workflows, and integration requirements for innovation programs.
  • •Develop and manage project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables to keep programs on track for build and deployment milestones.
  • •Lead build reviews and technical forums, efficiently manage scope changes, and act as the primary liaison across DFX, silicon design, software, manufacturing, and datacenter/field teams.
  • •Identify technical and schedule risks, develop mitigation strategies, provide status updates to leadership, and institutionalize standard methodologies for continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •BS (Masters preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •6+ years in technical program management (8+ years overall) with a strong focus on semiconductor development.
  • •Deep, hands-on knowledge of ASIC/SoC build, verification, and/or bring up/validation/productization flows.
  • •Experience driving innovation programs or research-to-silicon initiatives, aligning across teams without a playbook.
  • •Ability to manage complex, ambiguous programs in fast-paced environments and implement process improvements through automation.
