Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets.
  • •Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and drive improvements.
  • •Engage the team through coaching, feedback, and performance management; proactively communicate expectations and goals.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects; train associates on Quality Control standards and coordinate repairs or rejection decisions with the General Manager.
