Key Responsibilities

•Design, architect, and implement defensive security controls for Amazon AWS, Microsoft Windows, and Kubernetes container orchestration systems.
•Act as the primary resource for public cloud environments, focusing on Cloud IAM, Network Security, Network Policy, and orchestration technologies.
•Maintain engineering and security documentation, and provide employee training and security awareness.
•Research and recommend automated approaches to system administration that improve security and stability at scale.
•Mentor security engineers, lead architectural reviews, and drive consensus on security design decisions across teams.

Key Requirements

•Experience designing and operating security architectures in medium to large enterprise environments, with interest in Cloud and Product Security.
•Experience with Linux architectures and enterprise security design, including explaining complex topics clearly to technical audiences.
•Comfort with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Docker, Terraform, HashiCorp Stack, and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts.
•Around 5 years in an engineering-focused role at a medium to large enterprise, including experience mentoring or guiding other engineers.
•Working knowledge of modern zero trust architecture patterns and applying them in a production enterprise environment.
