Manage Film FP&A for Universal Entertainment by consolidating, analyzing, and forecasting global overhead and SG&A costs. Present results and future forecasts to CFOs, run major forecast cycles, and partner with finance teams across business units for timely reporting. Build analytical tools using existing financial systems, create cost reporting dashboards and executive reports, and lead ad-hoc initiatives including headcount analysis in SAC and Project Keystone/Code Block updates.
