Job Summary

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors while providing a great customer experience as part of a Market Operations team. Load and unload vehicles, perform safety inspections of the hauler, complete customer paperwork, and document thorough notes in a customer tracking system. Drive safely and maintain a clean record according to CMV Driver Qualification policy. Work rotating shifts and be available 7 days a week.

•Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
•Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles are safe to drive.
•Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per the CMV Driver Qualification policy.
•Work rotating shifts from 7am–5pm, 9am–7pm, or 11am–9pm and be available 7 days a week.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading onto haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions.
•Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
•Requires lifting/pushing/pulling items up to 50 lbs and ability to walk/stand and sustain activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
•Must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana).
