Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain robust testing and assembly processes for production equipment and programs.
  • •Support, service, and troubleshoot controls for production equipment, test equipment, and electrical systems within the plant.
  • •Provide guidelines for test equipment design and selection, developing testing protocols and test data collection programs.
  • •Develop test equipment specifications to comply with electrical safe work practices and OSHA requirements, and remediate safety hazards.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma, perform root cause/failure analysis, and execute sustained manufacturing change management using ADKAR.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of four (4) years of Controls/Test engineering experience.

  • •Experience with PLC and HMI programming, including an understanding of safety systems design.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
