•Manage the movement of vehicles into and out of the inspection center safely while meeting production and quality goals
•Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned team, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities
•Coach and develop associates, including feedback, performance management, and performance measures
•Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; repair or reject inventory in coordination with the General Manager
•Train production associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time, minimizing re-checks and delays
