HSE Officer (KSA, SA)

Ensure HSE requirements are met on project sites by monitoring HSE activities, identifying hazards and unsafe conditions, and raising observation reports with corrective actions. Support emergency response and evacuation planning, conduct daily toolbox talks and monthly orientations, and deliver HSE training focused on incident prevention and first aid. Maintain HSE documentation, inspections, risk assessments, and reporting to track daily, weekly, and monthly HSE performance, while supporting incident reporting and resolution.
