Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer needs and translate requirements into system specifications, use cases, and high-level architectures for IT infrastructure solutions.
  • •Coordinate and lead internal/external technical exchange meetings to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and enable timely proposal submissions.
  • •Develop integrated proposal solutions with engineering and operations stakeholders, identifying risks, dependencies, and contingencies.
  • •Perform costing and estimation, including vendor quotes as needed, and ensure technical, cost, and schedule inputs are consistent and traceable to requirements.
  • •Manage proposal documentation and generate technical briefings and reports for senior leadership while acting as a technical SME and mentoring junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in requirements engineering, systems engineering, project management, or proposal development/support for technical/engineering efforts.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing bids for engineering or IT infrastructure proposals aligned to customer needs and solicitation requirements.
  • •Experience creating and managing technical documentation, program-related messaging, and customer deliverables including briefings and reports.
  • •Experience gathering customer requirements for enterprise IT infrastructure such as data center management, desktop/end user computing, unified communications, end user device support, and video/A/V support.
  • •Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility to obtain a CI Polygraph and U.S. citizenship required.
