Guide customers through their journey in a Lucid Studio as the primary point of contact for sales, order-to-delivery facilitation, and a smooth customer experience. Conduct needs assessments, educate customers with product expertise, and manage pipelines in Salesforce. Support financing/leasing application steps, coordinate with Lucid Financial Service and Delivery teams, handle payments due at signing, and deliver a memorable in-person sales experience.
