Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate completion of client banking transactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Cross-train to support sales and service, including outbound calling, identifying client needs, and referring clients to appropriate team members. Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking) and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.
