Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively manage priorities and enable executive effectiveness for the Chief Strategy Officer and senior Corporate Strategy leaders.
  • •Own and manage complex executive calendars across internal leadership meetings, customer engagements, board-related activities, partner discussions, and executive travel.
  • •Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and contingency planning.
  • •Manage executive expenses and ensure timely processing and compliance with company policies.
  • •Coordinate high-profile events (staff meetings, leadership reviews, strategy offsites, customer visits, and board preparation) and support meeting preparation and follow-up tracking.

  • •Extensive experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leaders in a highly visible corporate environment.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex executive calendars and coordinate executive-level engagements with global stakeholders.

  • •Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint), with familiarity with SAP and Concur preferred.
