Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a strong floor presence, driving sales and attending to customer needs.
  • •Establish solid relationships with customers, cross/upsell, and maintain product awareness.
  • •Ensure the shop is kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • •Maintain awareness of all products, promotions, advertisements and new releases.
  • •Ensure proper display and visual merchandising standards according to guidelines at all times.

Key Requirements

  • •Education: High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s/Technical degree.
  • •Experience: No previous experience needed.
  • •Strong customer service orientation with ability to establish relationships and address customer needs, including cross/upsell.
  • •Willingness to participate in trainings, enroll in training portals, and maintain up-to-date certificates.
