Manager - Technology Audit

Provide independent, objective assurance and advisory over the effectiveness of Dubai Holding’s governance, risk management, and internal controls, with a focus on IT and information security. Lead implementation of the annual and three-year audit plan across business units and processes, assess IT/cloud security controls, review systems and resilience, and ensure audit reports and corrective actions deliver timely risk mitigation. Use continuous auditing evidence and maturity scoring to support executive reporting.
