Job Summary

Operate a front-end loader to support daily asphalt plant production by moving, loading, and supplying aggregate materials to bins and hoppers. Keep stockpiles organized, monitor material quality, and report inconsistencies. Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance, assist with plant upkeep and other production tasks, and follow all OSHA safety procedures. Coordinate with plant operators, truck drivers, and crew to maintain smooth production flow.
