Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up banquet spaces according to event diagrams, specifications, and timelines
  • •Assist with loading/unloading and transporting banquet equipment and furniture across venues
  • •Move, arrange, and position banquet tables, chairs, couches, and other event furniture
  • •Assist with setup of bars, buffet stations, service stations, lounge areas, and related equipment
  • •Ensure spaces are clean and properly prepared before guests arrive; remain available during events for setup changes and replenishment needs

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in banquet, event, or restaurant operations, moving functions, or similar physically demanding environments is preferred
  • •Previous hospitality exposure within a hotel or resort environment is an advantage

  • •Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines
