Inside Sales Technical Support (m/f/d)

Serve as the technical inside sales point of contact by advising customers by phone and creating technically sound quotations based on customer requests. You clarify technical requirements for customer orders in coordination with internal specialists, support outside sales and internal customers, and manage follow-up and offer tracking. You also resolve customer order technical data and maintain the item master while participating in customer meetings.
