Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and review electrical and ICA design elements for wastewater and water infrastructure/treatment projects, including key electrical deliverables.
  • •Engage in all design stages (feasibility through construction design) while ensuring compliance with national and international design standards.
  • •Coordinate with other discipline teams locally and nationwide, communicating effectively with clients and collaborators during design and planning.
  • •Lead bid and proposal preparation by interfacing with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • •Ensure delivery of quality designs within budget and timelines, reviewing and verifying client deliverables and acting as a technical mentor to junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive design experience managing the technical delivery of large-scale water engineering projects with multi-disciplinary knowledge.
  • •BEng or MEng in a related engineering field with experience in water and wastewater treatment.
  • •Chartered Member of a relevant Professional Institution.
  • •Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and line management.
  • •Experience managing projects, delegating tasks, and providing technical mentoring.
