Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the Information Technology function across Australia and New Zealand, including coaching the IT Administrator.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact between local stakeholders and BEUMER Group Global IT.
  • •Manage day-to-day IT operations: helpdesk support, end-user services, and technology infrastructure.
  • •Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding and user access management, including hands-on support for laptops, mobile devices, and workplace technologies.
  • •Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives, manage internet/telecommunications/networking/office technology services, and support business systems, collaboration platforms, and enterprise applications.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, service delivery, or technical support in a business environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, user access management, endpoint devices, networking, and business systems.
  • •Experience managing IT vendors, telecommunications providers, and third-party support partners.
  • •Experience supporting employees across onboarding, access management, and offboarding.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
