•Content development and execution: Create high-quality financial communications materials (scripts, press releases, presentations, Q&A) aligned with broader company messaging.
•Drive media engagement: Build relationships with national and financial media, prep executives for meetings and speaking opportunities, and develop briefing materials.
•Award submissions and speaker support: Lead development of award submissions and speaking opportunities.
•Handle crisis and issues management: Lead rapid response communications in sensitive situations coordinating with global teams.
•Partner cross-functionally: Build relationships with IR, Legal, Marketing, Product and leadership to ensure aligned communications and brand voice.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,000 - 183,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Leadership experience: 8+ years in public relations with a track record leading communications strategy.

•Strategic execution: proven ability to develop comprehensive strategies and storytelling to build brand engagement.
•Influencing Leadership: experience advising C-suite and regional leadership.
•Media relationships: established connections in financial and business press and ability to expand relationships.
