Key Responsibilities

•Lead generation and prospecting: identify and target high-potential commercial and premium residential clients; qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
•Sales pipeline development: build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads; collaborate with Account Executives to align outreach and closing strategies.
•Strategic relationship building: develop relationships with property owners, managers, contractors, and referral partners; represent the company at networking events.
•Market intelligence: monitor industry trends and competitor activity; share feedback to refine outreach and sales strategies.
•Collaboration and reporting: work with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs; provide regular pipeline updates to leadership.
