Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, deploy, and manage secure cloud environments aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and related standards.
  • •Administer secure systems for government networks and enforce cybersecurity requirements, including IAM with MFA and RBAC.
  • •Implement and monitor security controls (IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection) and conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to mitigate risks.
  • •Manage network security infrastructure (firewalls, VPNs, load balancers) and support recurring security audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning.
  • •Provide technical support and maintain security incident response plans, backups, scanning/reporting (ACAS), and required documentation in compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and DoD standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •5+ years of experience in information technology or related environments.
  • •Ability to obtain an Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level III certification within six months of completing the probationary period.
  • •Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • •U.S. citizenship eligibility for U.S. Government contract requirements and eligibility for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
