  • •Own the Product Catalog Intake Form in Foundry (“Almanac”), triaging product adds/edits and routing requests with intake SLAs.
  • •Coordinate rev control when Engineering releases a new rev, ensuring Configuration Management, Product Management, Planners, and Production are aligned on timing.
  • •Maintain clear, living documentation of intake and rev control coordination processes.
  • •Identify recurring bottlenecks in intake and rev control workflows and propose fixes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience coordinating programs/projects or operations with high-volume inbound requests against deadlines.
  • •Comfort with operational detail and terminology; planning-adjacent experience is required even if deep supply-chain/manufacturing background isn’t.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
