Job Summary

Join One&Only The Palm as a Commis Waiter/Waitress in the Zest Restaurant, supporting the service team to deliver a welcoming dining experience in a luxury resort. You’ll handle mise-en-place, take and deliver orders, clear and reset tables, and coordinate with kitchen and service staff. Russian-speaking candidates will have the edge in guest interactions and guest comfort in a fast-paced, premium environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and maintain a positive, energetic presence
•Prepare all mise-en-place before service and assist in serving food and beverages promptly
•Maintain basic product knowledge of the menu and beverages offered
•Ensure restaurant setup, cleanliness, and equipment arrangement meet resort standards
•Support senior team members by completing assigned tasks efficiently and communicate effectively

Key Requirements

•6 months to 1 year of experience in a quality hotel, resort, or restaurant environment
•Basic food and beverage knowledge
•Strong personal presentation and interpersonal skills
•Ability to engage politely with a diverse range of guests and maintain high service standards
•Good English communication; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
