Customer Experience Banker (Bellaire, MI)30-35 hours per week + benefits

Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. You’ll proactively identify customers’ financial goals and needs, recommend appropriate deposit and banking products, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily activity. The role also includes educating customers on deposit products, resolving issues, running a disciplined sales/follow-up approach, and referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships—while following all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
