•Drive opportunities by seeking sales development opportunities with partners and systems integrators and manage the buying process using CRM.
•Drive results by engaging with key growth partners and helping craft and execute go-to-market plans.
•Be a strategic leader by advocating for both partners and Esri’s goals, and represent Esri at events to recruit new partners.
•Mentor team members and share knowledge to strengthen the partner network and internal capabilities.

•5+ years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
•Experience working in and supporting utilities, telecom, or rail.
•Experience managing the sales cycle, creating partnerships, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
•Domestic and International experience with a business partner network and systems integrators.
•Expert visual storyteller and negotiator across all levels of an organization.
