Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain custom SAP TM developments for Freight Units, Freight Orders, and related business objects.
  • •Enhance planning/execution screens and FPM applications (UI enhancements, BADIs, enhancement points).
  • •Implement charge calculation automation using BRF+ and implement/modify PPF actions (printing, output, event-driven actions).
  • •Develop transportation network modeling logic (means of transport, locations, routes) and deliver TM enhancements using BOPF, FPM, and related frameworks.
  • •Build and modernize TM solutions with CDS views, OData services, Fiori/UI5, and BTP side-by-side extensions; review functional design documents and coach team members.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years proven experience in SAP TM development, including embedded and decentral scenarios.
  • •Expertise in ABAP (including ABAP OO), BOPF, BRF+, and report/dialog and form development (Smart-forms, Adobe Forms).
  • •Knowledge of SAP TM-related technologies including Fiori, UI5, CDS views, WebDynpro ABAP, EDI/IDoc, ABAP Proxy, OData, Web Services, and Workflow.
  • •Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and interest in SAP Cloud Platform and edge technologies, with hands-on participation.
  • •Fluent spoken and written English; German is a plus.
