Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the fiat funding and withdrawal experience for the FCM platform, including customer fund segregation, margin funding flows, and regulatory reporting inputs.
  • •Select and integrate payment rails based on speed, reversibility, and cost across markets and currencies, expanding rail coverage over time.
  • •Lead direct bank partnerships: commercial negotiations and technical integrations to support regulated trading entities, including segregated-account structures.
  • •Drive payment orchestration by designing and owning dynamic routing logic that selects optimal rails by segment, jurisdiction, currency, speed, and risk.
  • •Improve pay-in acceptance and settlement performance (e.g., liquidity, acceptance rate optimization, T+0 vs T+1 needs) and support institutional on-ramps with compliant fiat solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Own end-to-end fiat product strategy for the FCM and regulated trading environment, including compliant customer fund segregation and margin funding obligations.
  • •7–10+ years of product leadership, with at least 7 years focused on payment infrastructure, core banking, or regulated trading/brokerage products.
  • •Direct hands-on knowledge of payment rails across US and ideally EU (e.g., ACH, FedWire, FedNow/RTP, SEPA/SEPA Instant), including reversibility and settlement trade-offs.
  • •Experience leading payment orchestration and dynamic routing logic in production, including track record of improving acceptance rates and settlement outcomes.
  • •Strong people management and stakeholder leadership across engineering, legal/compliance, finance, and senior leadership in globally distributed teams.
