Key Responsibilities

•Ensure the firm’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to Switzerland and Liechtenstein by developing and implementing the policies and procedures
•Conduct compliance risk assessments and elaborating an annual compliance plan
•Develop and implement a plan of second-line controls and conduct tests
•Collaborate with internal departments to integrate compliance requirements into business processes
•Oversee AML obligations and act as MLRO for Keyrock CH and LI, representing money‑laundering prevention matters internally and externally

Key Requirements

•Solid experience as a Compliance officer (2nd line of defense) in a regulated financial institution, ideally with MLRO exposure
•Experience engaging with Swiss and Liechtenstein regulatory authorities
•Excellent knowledge of financial regulations such as MiCAR, AML/CTF, market abuse and data privacy
•A relevant degree, preferably in business or law; ACAMS or related Masters would be an advantage
•Extensive experience implementing monitoring and control processes to support policies and procedures
