Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the firm’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to Switzerland and Liechtenstein by developing and implementing the policies and procedures
  • •Conduct compliance risk assessments and elaborating an annual compliance plan
  • •Develop and implement a plan of second-line controls and conduct tests
  • •Collaborate with internal departments to integrate compliance requirements into business processes
  • •Oversee AML obligations and act as MLRO for Keyrock CH and LI, representing money‑laundering prevention matters internally and externally

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience as a Compliance officer (2nd line of defense) in a regulated financial institution, ideally with MLRO exposure
  • •Experience engaging with Swiss and Liechtenstein regulatory authorities
  • •Excellent knowledge of financial regulations such as MiCAR, AML/CTF, market abuse and data privacy
  • •A relevant degree, preferably in business or law; ACAMS or related Masters would be an advantage
  • •Extensive experience implementing monitoring and control processes to support policies and procedures
