Administer and support Informatica ETL environments, including PowerCenter (10.5.6/10.5.9), Domain/Repository/Integration Services, Grid Services, and security. •Administer Informatica PowerCenter environments (10.5.6 and 10.5.9) including domain, repository, integration services, grid services, and security administration.
•Support PowerExchange infrastructure, including mainframe integrations, and administer IBM DataStage Suites with monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
•Perform installation, patching, environment migrations, and platform upgrades, including health monitoring and performance tuning.
•Manage incidents, service requests, change records, and problem management processes using ServiceNow.
•Support disaster recovery (DR) setup, execution, validation, annual testing, and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and recovery procedures.

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
