Job Summary

Lead and oversee Business Banking Products and Segments by owning segment strategy, lending product P&L, and specialist product enablement. Operate as the central product factory and sales enablement hub to improve relationship manager effectiveness and incentive economics. Drive sustainable loan book growth, segment penetration, and customer satisfaction through operating plans, governance and reporting, incentive scheme design, customer analytics, and lending product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute Business Banking Products and Segments strategy by defining short-, medium- and long-term objectives across segment value propositions, lending products, and specialist enablement.
•Translate strategic priorities into operating plans and financial targets with full accountability for product P&L and segment performance.
•Establish governance, reporting and performance management frameworks to monitor delivery, manage incentive economics, and drive timely corrective actions.
•Operate the Products and Segments vertical as the central product factory and enable relationship managers through value propositions, pricing frameworks, specialist support, and structured sales programmes.
•Design, execute and monitor incentive schemes, own segment capabilities and value propositions, and lead lending product factory activities including product pricing, lifecycle management, and loan book performance.

Key Requirements

•At least 9 years of progressive Banking and Financial Institutions experience with senior leadership exposure in Business Banking products, Segments or P&L Management.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline.
•Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.
•Business Banking Product Strategy and Segment Value Proposition design.
•Lending products and credit economics, including Product P&L and risk-adjusted return management and incentive scheme design governance.
