Project Manager, Construction

Manage the construction process end-to-end, from bid through construction completion. Lead permitting tracking, bid and contractor selection (including GC contract negotiations), and coordinate vendors and internal procurement. Build and maintain cost reports, schedules, and completion requirements while partnering with Design and Engineering teams to finalize designs and resolve construction issues before submission to AHJ. Communicate progress and performance standards with corporate leadership and negotiate external vendor contracts.
