Key Responsibilities

  • •Build internal infrastructure platforms, including APIs, services, CLIs, and tools for self-service infrastructure consumption and service onboarding/deployments.
  • •Create cloud and Kubernetes infrastructure components such as Terraform/Pulumi modules, Kubernetes operators/controllers, and infrastructure abstractions for provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle management.
  • •Engineer reliability and production systems, including availability/failure handling, SLO/SLI/error budgets, observability, and incident-response workflows to improve MTTR and reduce toil.
  • •Build secure and efficient infrastructure by implementing IAM, secrets management, policy/compliance automation, and tooling for security/configuration/cost anomaly detection and optimization.
  • •Solve complex infrastructure problems across distributed systems and Kubernetes, turning recurring issues into scalable solutions and integrating AI/LLMs to automate complex engineering workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in software engineering, backend engineering, platform engineering, SRE, or a similar role.
  • •Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Java, Rust, or a similar language.
  • •Strong understanding of software design, APIs, concurrency, data structures, and distributed systems.
  • •Experience building and operating production-grade services, tools, or automation with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • •Hands-on experience with cloud and Kubernetes, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, OpenTofu, or similar) and reliability/security concepts (SLOs/SLIs, observability, IAM, secrets management).
