Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and nurture relationships with consulting contacts in your assigned region to generate new growth opportunities
  • •Collaborate with internal teams (sales, channel partnerships, medical affairs, marketing) to advance pipeline opportunities
  • •Coordinate and participate in events with consulting firm offices to build network and awareness
  • •Partner with Customer Success to nurture relationships for existing consultants and identify additional prospects
  • •Develop and execute a national strategy for an assigned portfolio of consulting houses, including partnerships and responses to RFIs

Salary: USD 160,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Consulting Relations
  • •Experience at a consulting or brokerage firm
  • •Relationships with and understanding of consulting firms such as Mercer, Aon, WTW, Alliant, Segal, Gallagher, and Lockton
  • •Experience leveraging technology and tools, and using AI tools in your daily workflow
  • •Strong writing, poise, and presentation skills, plus experience in sales and/or relationship management
