Customer Experience Banker (Edina, MN - 50th and Drew)

Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, building and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending appropriate deposit and banking products, and handling transactions accurately. Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and use a disciplined sales approach with follow-up and outbound calling to drive referrals. Educate customers on deposit products and partner internally to deepen relationships while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
