Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with GTM and Operations teams to learn workflows deeply.
  • •Identify and document the highest-leverage workflow transformations across the organization.
  • •Evaluate and build new tools, agents, automations, and skills tailored to each workflow.
  • •Coach teams through an AI integration journey from awareness to self-sufficiency.
  • •Process map and scale what works by documenting tools, playbooks, and transformation projects and sharing wins.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience requiring analytical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real processes.
  • •Demonstrated experience coaching, teaching, or enabling others (formally or informally).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • •Ability to work across multiple domains, work streams, and relationships simultaneously.
