Key Responsibilities

•Plan, execute, and optimise paid search, display, and affiliate campaigns across Japan and Taiwan markets
•Ensure all paid media traffic lands on SEO-optimised pages within the online shop
•Manage budgets, bids, and pacing across multiple platforms, and report on campaign performance weekly with insights and actions
•Drive traffic and conversion for new subscription sales through search, display, and affiliate channels
•Coordinate with Renewal Sales to build and optimise paid retargeting flows for renewal audiences

Key Requirements

•3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with exposure to Japan and/or Taiwan digital markets
•Proven track record managing paid search and/or paid social campaigns with familiarity with Yahoo! Japan Ads, Google Japan, or LINE Ads Platform
•Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) for collaboration with teams in Sydney, Tokyo, and Manila
•Solid understanding of SEO principles and how paid and organic channels interact
•Experience working with ecommerce or subscription-based products
