Key Responsibilities

  • •Eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie van de locatie, samen met de Assistent Horeca Manager.
  • •Bewaken van financiële resultaten, budgetten en KPI's, inclusief personeelsplanning en bezetting.
  • •Aannemen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers en supervisors coachen op prestaties en ontwikkeling.
  • •Creëren van een uitstekende gastbeleving en sturen op kwaliteit.
  • •Zorgen voor naleving van kwaliteit-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen en processen optimaliseren.
