Senior Program Manager, Physical Security Operations

Shape and drive enterprise physical security strategy across a growing network of sites by setting standards, governance frameworks, and SOPs. Lead development and continuous improvement of policies and post orders, conduct physical security vulnerability assessments, and oversee contract guard force operations. Partner with teams across compliance and government security to support CUI and ITAR controls, track KPIs/SLAs, and manage OpEx/CapEx budgets and remediation plans.
